I am so proud of you! this is a step up in your study of color. Now is this a tetrad palette with shades and tints of red violet, orange, yellow-green, and blue?
I have known you for almost two years and I have seen you change by leaps and bounds. I dont know if you even realize the massive changes in your artistic abilities I am SOOO very proud of you.
there is one very small thing I noticed about the composition. the third branch on the right side of the foreground silloutte of the bambo is creating a tangent with the window frame in the background.
Also just an optional suggestion, I think it might be nice to see a little bit more leaves of the bambo in front of the lamp, with light from the lantern hitting the leaves creatting a rim light. Just an idea.
